Explorer Scouting is now 5 years old, and has been a success story across the UK. It is open to male and female members aged 13 and a half up to 18. Its programme is based on the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme

Explorer Scouts are young people aged 14 - 18 years of age, we are the second oldest section of the Scout movement.
Our place in the Scouting Family Tree:
We are district units and work with all the Scout Groups within Stirling and Trossachs district.
When we meet:
There are now two Units, one in Stirling and the other in Dunblane. The Stirling Unit meets on a Wednesday and is based at Queen Street Scout Headquarters, and the other meets on a Friday and is based at Dunblane Scout Headquarters.
