Age:
Scouts are boys and girls age 10 ½ - 14 years of age, we are the most vital section of the Scout movement.
Our place in the Scouting Family Tree:
We belong to a Group, which is usually made up of a Beaver Colony, Cub Pack and a Scout Troop. All sections meeting at different times.
Scouts is the largest co-educational youth movement in the UK. Scouting is represented in the overwhelming majority of countries worldwide. 2007 is the centenary year of Scouting in the UK.
We meet for approximately 1 hour – 1 ½ a week depending on which troop you decide to join. We have 8 troops in Stirling and Trossachs District, and there is a troop to suit all. There are Scout Troops in Stirling, Dunblane, Bridge Of Allan, and Callander.
